Das Hilfswerk der Vereinten Nationen für Palästina-Flüchtlinge im Nahen Osten (engl.:United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, kurz UNRWA) ist ein temporäres Hilfsprogramm der Vereinten Nationen (UN), das seit seiner Gründung 1949 regelmäßig um drei Jahre verlängert wurde (zuletzt bis zum 30. Juni 2008). Der Hauptsitz des Hilfswerkes war zunächst Beirut, wurde 1978 aufgrund der Unruhen im Libanon nach Wien und 1996 weiter nach Gaza verlegt.
